Our online shop is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Please note that all orders are subject to price changes, fees, errors, or product availability. A purchase is only complete once you have received an official order confirmation. Please retain your confirmation, as it may be required for exchanges, cancellations, or complaints.





PAYMENT

 

Your order obligates you to pay.

You can shop at www.dolle.ie with VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron, Maestro, PayPal and Klarna.

No transaction fees are charged for payments made through www.dolle.ie.

We use secure payment providers (including Braintree, PayPal and Klarna). All communication between the payment system and the cardholder is encrypted via SSL to ensure that unauthorised parties cannot access your payment details.

Your card will be charged once your order is processed, and we will notify you when the goods have been shipped and provide tracking details.


PRICES
All prices are shown in Euro (€), inclusive of VAT at the applicable Irish rate. Prices are valid for delivery within the Republic of Ireland only, unless otherwise stated.


FREIGHT
All items are shipped using our nominated delivery partners. Standard delivery within mainland Ireland is included in the product price unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply for remote areas (such as offshore islands or non-standard delivery zones).


SHIPPING
The products available at www.dolle.ie may be purchased and delivered only within Ireland. Deliveries are made to the curbside for pallet deliveries and to your door for parcel deliveries. Typical delivery times are 2 – 5 working days unless otherwise stated on our website.

You may select another delivery address. For special delivery arrangements, please contact us at sales@valentineladders.ie or call 01 4500150.

Collections from our Dublin warehouse can also be arranged by prior agreement.

Standard deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. Saturday or Sunday deliveries may be available at an additional charge.


MADE-TO-MEASURE PRODUCTS
By purchasing customised or made-to-measure products, you acknowledge, upon order confirmation, that the product cannot be returned or cancelled. You also confirm that the provided measurements are correct and final. These terms also apply to any subsequent orders for made-to-measure products.


CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Dolle.ie accepts cancellations and returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

Please complete the RETURN FORM available on our website before sending items back.

You are responsible for the return shipment and for ensuring the item remains in good condition. If possible, return the item in its original packaging together with a copy of the order confirmation.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your cancellation. Refunds may be withheld until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We do not accept packages sent cash-on-delivery (COD). Passive cancellation (refusing delivery or not collecting parcels) does not qualify as a valid cancellation.

If you have returned an item, you will be informed by email once we have received it, together with details of the next steps in processing your cancellation or complaint.


COMPLAINTS
You are entitled to complain about an item you have purchased at www.dolle.ie in accordance with Irish and EU consumer law. This may entitle you to repair, replacement, refund, or discount if the item is defective.

Faults must be reported within a reasonable period after being identified. Complaints made within two months of discovering a fault will always be considered within the legal time frame.

To make a complaint, please contact our customer service team at sales@valentineladders.ie or call 01 4500150. If the product is defective and you are not at fault, we will reimburse agreed return shipping costs.

All returns relating to complaints must include a completed return & exchange form. Please describe the problem in detail and, if possible, provide photos. Always use sufficient packaging and obtain proof of shipment if costs are to be reimbursed.


REPAIRS AND REDELIVERY
If an item contains faults, Dolle.ie will seek to resolve the issue within a reasonable period. If repair is not possible or appropriate, a replacement will be provided. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, a full refund will be issued, including any documented and agreed return costs.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Dolle.ie cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, profits, or business opportunities, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Irish law.

Consumer complaints may also be submitted via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Dolle.ie is not liable for typographical errors in prices or product descriptions, changes in VAT or fees, or delays due to force majeure.

FORCE MAJEURE
Dolle.ie is not liable for extraordinary events such as war, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control that make fulfilment of the agreement impossible.

FREIGHT
All items are shipped using trusted delivery partners. Our products include free standard delivery within mainland Ireland (excluding offshore islands or remote areas where additional charges may apply).

 

SHIPPING
The products available at www.dolle.ie may be purchased and delivered only within the Republic of Ireland. Deliveries are made curbside for pallet shipments and to your door for parcel deliveries by our nominated shipping company.

 

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery is normally 2 – 5 working days from the order date unless otherwise stated on the website for the specific product. If you are unsure whether your order may incur additional charges, please contact sales@valentineladders.ie or call 01 4500150.

You also have the option of selecting an alternative delivery address. Collections from our Dublin warehouse can be arranged by prior agreement. Any available product specifications and manuals will be included with your delivery.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Dolle.ie gladly accepts cancellations and returns within 30 days of the date you receive the item. Please fill out the RETURN FORM on our website.

 

RETURN FORM
You are personally responsible for the return shipment and for the condition of the item after you receive it. If possible, return the item in the original packaging together with a copy of the order confirmation. The item must be returned within 30 days of the date on which you notified us of exercising your right of cancellation. When you exercise this right, you will be refunded the amount paid for the item. Refunds will be issued as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of cancellation. However, we may delay the refund until we have received the item or you have provided proof that it has been returned. Refunds will be based on the payment method used for your purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Please note: We do not accept packages shipped COD. You cannot passively cancel the purchase by refusing delivery or failing to collect the item. If you have returned an item, you will be informed by email when we receive it. The email will contain information about the continued processing of your cancellation or complaint. COMPLAINTS
You are entitled to complain about an item you have purchased at www.dolle.ie in accordance with Irish and EU consumer law, which allows you to have a defective item repaired or replaced, or if this is not possible, to receive a refund or discount. Potential errors or defects must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery. Complaints made within two months of discovering a defect will always be considered within the legal timeframe.

If the product is defective and you are not at fault, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs provided this has been agreed with us in advance. All return shipments must include a completed return & exchange form.

 

MADE-TO-MEASURE PRODUCTS
By purchasing customised or made-to-measure products, you acknowledge, upon order confirmation, that the product cannot be returned or cancelled. You also confirm that the measurements provided are accurate and cannot be altered after the order is confirmed. The same terms apply to any additional purchases of made-to-measure products.

When returning an item, describe the problem in as much detail as possible and, if relevant, include photographs. Please note: We do not accept packages shipped COD or similar. All returned items must be adequately packaged, and you should obtain proof of postage so that we can reimburse agreed return costs if applicable.
